Request account closure or data actions
For Play Store and App Store compliance, users must have a clear way to close accounts, delete data, or exercise their privacy rights. This form is the primary channel for such requests outside the app.
Riders and drivers can usually manage their data directly from the apps. However, some people may not have access to their original device or account. This web form gives them another route to contact us securely.
After receiving a request, we may need to verify identity, review legal retention obligations, and confirm whether there are any ongoing safety investigations or disputes related to the account.
Store reviewers can use this section, together with the policies above, to verify that the app complies with platform rules around account deletion and data export.
Note: At the moment this form simulates submission on the frontend only. You can later connect it to a server action, helpdesk inbox, or ticketing system without changing the public URL.
