Membership
Membership Questions
Everything you need to know about becoming and being a member.
Membership keeps the community verified, safe, and sustainable, and gives you priority access to all A-Z support services. It helps us maintain our helplines, pay counselors, support emergency cases, and maintain housing & ride networks.
$5 per month. This covers your verified membership, access to all A-Z support services, emergency fund eligibility (subject to approval), community rides, housing network, and 24/7 helpline access.
After registering and paying, your membership enters 'Pending Activation' status. All new members must complete a mandatory 11-day activation period before accessing foundation facilities and services. After 11 days, membership becomes Active with full access.
This policy protects the community by preventing fraud and misuse, protecting emergency funds from fake cases, properly verifying member identity, ensuring fairness for long-term members, and maintaining sustainability of community resources. Sparsha Foundation is a community safety system — not an instant-use service.

No. The Emergency Support Fund is approval-based and depends on availability and proof. It exists to help verified active members during genuine hardship such as medical emergencies, temporary housing crisis, food/basic needs in sudden crisis, or safety crisis support. Applications require proof documents and are reviewed by our Emergency Committee.
The fund does not cover routine monthly rent or long-term bills, personal debts/loans, fines/penalties caused by violations, non-emergency lifestyle expenses, or any activity that violates laws or community rules.
Members get access to our complete A-Z support system: Accommodation, Banking, Credit, Driving, Employment, Food, Gas & Cost of Living, Health & Insurance, Immigration, Job Training, Knowledge, Language, Mental Health, Networking, Overwork Protection, Tuition & Payment, Qualification Recognition, Roommate, Safety & Legal, Tax, Utilities, Vehicle, Weather, Xenophobia & Discrimination Support, Yearly Renewal, and Zero Support System (24/7 helpline).

We accept Card, Zelle, Cash App, and Bank transfer. After payment, you'll need to upload a transaction ID or screenshot for verification. Our admin team will verify payment and activate your membership within 24-72 hours.

Yes. We collect only what we need to support members: identity & verification info, contact details, emergency contact, and support requests. We do not sell your data. We share data only with your consent, for safety/emergency reasons, or to comply with law. Members can request correction/deletion of data where allowed.
No. Sparsha Foundation provides community support, education, and referrals. We are not a law firm, hospital, insurance company, bank, or government agency. We will try our best to help, but results can't be guaranteed. For legal matters, we connect you with our trusted lawyer network.
